Scheduling and Payment
New clients must provide credit card information when scheduling the appointment. I accept Visa and MasterCard. If you would like to pay by check or with cash, I will take payment at the time of service and shred your credit information. Missed appointments and cancellations will be billed the full amount.
If you have not arrived 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, I will call you and request that you call me (304-267-0842). If you have not contacted me within the next 10 minutes, I will not continue to wait for you, and will consider the appointment to be missed. After one missed appointment, you will be asked to prepay for future services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call me at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you fail to provide 24 hours’ notice more than once in 12 months, you will be asked to prepay for future services.
Plan to arrive on time. In case of an unavoidable delay, please call me (304-267-0942) as soon as you are aware that you will be late. I will usually not be able to extend your massage beyond the scheduled ending time. The session time will be the remainder of the scheduled time. Payment for the full scheduled session will be required.
If you choose to reschedule the massage for a full session on another day, the original appointment will be considered a missed appointment, and the missed appointment policy will apply.
If your cancellation or late arrival is the result of a true emergency, such as sudden illness, a death in the family, or snow emergency plan in effect, please let me know of the circumstances.
